Our Full-Service Design is all about turning your dream home into reality, on day one. We collaborate closely with your architect to refine floor plans, focusing on improved space planning, sightlines, and functionality that align with how you want to feel in your home.
Next, we partner with your builder or contractor to establish budgets that meet your needs while maximizing your vision. Once the groundwork is laid, we dive into concept development. Using your inspiration images and ideas, we translate them into a cohesive creative direction that guides the entire project.
As your project unfolds, we take you shopping for the perfect pieces, develop stunning 3D renderings, and create flat lay presentations for hard finishes and furnishings, giving you a tangible feel for your design. If needed, we also provide procurement support for contractors and builders, ensuring that all furnishings are ordered seamlessly for the grand reveal.
To top it all off, we offer comprehensive styling and photography that captures the essence of your newly designed space, making your dream home truly shine.

Brittny is the owner and Creative Director of Homesmith Design. She has a hand in every design produced for our clients. Our team of talented designers oversee the finer details of the design and collaborate with Brittny on the broad scope of work.
The size of your project is the biggest factor affecting timeline. From kick off to hand over of your designs, the design process can take anywhere from 3 weeks for a single space to a year or more for a custom new build home.
We can provide you with a list of contractors that we have worked with previously, however, the client is responsible for interviewing contractors and do their due diligence in choosing the best fit for the project. The agreement entered into by the client and contractor are separate from the contract between client and Homesmith Design. Our team will provide the chosen contractor with a “Finish Schedule” of the materials chosen for the design with specifications of color, price, etc.
Yes we do! All meetings will be done virtually and we can execute a beautiful design remotely.
We begin every project with a complimentary discovery call, where we get to know you, your vision, and your goals. Whether you’re building a new home, renovating an existing one, or refreshing your furnishings, this call allows us to understand your needs and outline the scope of work for your project.
If you’re ready to dive deeper, we offer an in-person design consultation for a small fee. This consultation is credited toward your design services should you choose to partner with us. During this session, we will discuss your budget, design vision, and any specific details you’d like to incorporate into your project.
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we provide a flat-rate design fee tailored to your customized scope of work. This approach ensures transparency, so you know exactly what to expect, without worrying about tracking hours or unexpected costs.
With your scope and budget in place, we move into the design phase. We start by refining the layout and creating the perfect design concept for each space. We’ll address key components like lighting, cabinetry, and focal walls, bringing everything together to create a cohesive and functional design that reflects your style.
Once your design concepts are approved, we begin sourcing materials and furnishings. We’ll have a flat lay/sample meeting to finalize your selections, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.
At the end of the design process, we deliver a complete design package, including a detailed finish schedule with product specifications and materials, which will be handed over to your contractor or builder for seamless implementation.
If you’d like ongoing support, we include project management as an added service depending on your scope of work. Project management ensures your design vision is faithfully executed and is highly recommended.
Finally, we offer furnishing and styling services to bring your space to life with carefully selected pieces that complete the look. Our goal is to ensure that every detail is thoughtfully executed, making your home feel cohesive, functional, and beautiful.

All designs created by Homesmith Design are custom designs specific to every project. We work closely with clients to get to know their likes, dislikes, and preferences so we can give them a one of a kind design.
Yes, we can help you source all of the components for your exterior remodel, from paint and stone to windows and doors. We can even help you design your pool or backyard oasis.
Yes, we have a 2 room minimum for furniture and decor design projects. Putting the finishing touches on a space is something we are passionate about.
Our project minimum is $20k, and we provide a custom flat fee proposal for each design project.
